Refund policy
Change of Mind Returns
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we offer 30 day returns on all products sold within Australia. All you will be required to do, is pay for the return shipping cost. Importantly, the item must not be used, nor taken out of the packaging. If it has been, we may not be able to refund the full cost of the item due to it not being in the same condition it left us in. This will be assessed upon its safe return to us.
Opening a Return
If you wish to open a return, please do so by contacting our team. We require your full name and address, Order Number, and the item/s you wish to return.
Please also indicate any reasons you wish to return the item/s, as if this will determine how our team will proceed.
Any items or packages returned to our team without any prior contact or indication of intent to return, and/or lodged or returned without a response from our Team first, may not be eligible for a refund/return of any sort.
If a package is refused at the door or not picked up at the post office (in expectation of a refund) Rummage Collectables will not be able to refund any originally paid, nor extra postage, costs of any kind.
Order Cancellation Requests
Rummage Collectables is a registered Australian Business. By completing any online purchases you agree to our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order from any customer, just as we reserve the right to fulfil any order. We are not obliged offer change of mind cancellations, as per Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations may only be applied if the order has not been packed and/or shipped.
Missing Goods
On the very rare occasion your order arrives and there is something missing, please reach out to our team immediately so we may remedy this.
Sometimes during the picking and packing process some orders may be fulfilled incorrectly. Usually if we have one of the missing items available, it will be re-shipped. Otherwise it will be refunded.
Damaged Goods
On the very rare occasion your goods arrive damaged, please reach out to our team about this immediately
The following options are most common in these cases:
- Returning the item for a full refund, OR
- Keeping the item, and accepting a partial refund for damaged goods (any refund value is determined on a case by case basis).
Mystery Packs / Boxes / Items
No returns are available on any mystery or blind box styled items.
Mystery packs and items are, by design, a mystery opportunity. We do not guarantee any specific items, and they cannot be returned.
