Terms of service

In accordance with Australian Consumer Laws, Rummage Collectables reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any services, cancellation of orders, blocking or banning of customer accounts. 

Orders and Pricing

Customers accept that by placing an order, all items are considered secondhand collectables and the prices and products are sold as is.

Being a collectables store, product prices may change at any time and may be based on differing factors, including wholesale price changes. The price at the time the order has been placed, applies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rummage Collectables will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to any customer for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
